Frequently asked
Late-Night Appointments
Do you offer late-night appointments?

We understand that life can be busy - which is why we offer two late nights each week for our girls who can't make it in during the day.

We are open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00pm to 7:30pm. You can find our full hours on our About us page.
Active Skincare
Why do you need to know if I'm on Accutane or using skincare products with Retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs?

Accutane, Retinoids, and skincare products containing active ingredients such as AHAs and BHAs can make the skin highly sensitive. Waxing while using these products can lead to skin abrasions (also known as Skin Lift).

If you're currently using any of the products mentioned above and would like to book an appointment, please:
-
Discontinue use at least 1 week before your appointment, and
-
Note: If you are taking Accutane, we will tweeze instead of wax to avoid irritation

You must have stopped taking Accutane for at least 6 months before undergoing any waxing.
Brow Lamination
Who can't get Brow Lamination?

Brow Lamination is not suitable if:
-
You have sensitive skin or experience skin conditions such as Eczema, Psoriasis, or Dermatitis. Brow Lamination solutions contain active ingredients that can cause irritation or adverse reactions for those with sensitivities.

Additionally, it's important to recognise that Brow Lamination products have not been tested for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The decision to undergo Brow Lamination is ultimately yours, but please take this information into consideration.
Ombré Brow Tattoo
Who can't get Ombré Brow Tattoo?
Ombré Brow Tattoo is not suitable if:
-
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
-
Have HIV, AIDS, or any blood disorders
-
You’ve had cosmetic injectables in the area within 4 weeks of your appointment

It’s also best to wait at least 4 weeks after any active skin treatments such as Microdermabrasion or chemical peels before booking.

How do I prepare for my Ombré Brow Tattoo appointment?

To ensure the best results, please wash your hair the night before or the morning of your appointment, as you'll need to keep your fresh eyebrows dry for 7-10 days afterwards.

On the day of your appointment, avoid caffeine - including coffee, energy drinks, and pre-workout - as it can increase sensitivity and bleeding.

In the week leading up, skip Fish Oil supplements, and for two weeks before your appointment, avoid active skincare products and treatments.

How do I care for my Ombré Brow Tattoo?

For the first 24 hours, gently blot the area with a clean cotton round to remove any fluid. For the first 7-10 days, cleanse the area gently with water or saline using a light patting motion. After cleaning, apply a thin layer of the recommended ointment, reapplying as needed - your eyebrows should maintain a slight shine, which indicates they're properly hydrated.

For the first 2 weeks, avoid activities that cause excessive sweating, such as exercising, saunas, or spas, and try to keep the area dry outside of your gentle cleaning routine.
Do not touch, pick, or scratch your eyebrows, even if they become itchy or start to flake - this can lead to pigment loss and uneven healing.
