Payment

When booking with RAINE BROW STUDIO, no deposit is required. 

We accept payment by cash and EFTPOS. If you prefer to pay in cash, kindly bring the exact amount, as we do not keep cash on the premises for security reasons.

Cancellations

We kindly provide a 10-minute grace period for any delays in arriving to your appointment. If you exceed this grace period, we will need to reschedule your service(s) to ensure punctuality for other appointments scheduled that day.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us ample time to offer the space to another client. Late cancellations made within the 24-hour period will incur a 20% fee of the appointment's total.

In the event of a "No Show," the full amount of your appointment will be charged. Prior to booking any future appointments with us, this outstanding amount will need to be settled. 

Refunds

Our policy does not generally include refunds. However, should you be dissatisfied with the results or any aspect of your appointment, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of your visit. We are committed to providing the best service possible and will make every effort to address any concerns and rectify the situation to your satisfaction. 

Guests 

At this time, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone. Babies under 1 year are welcome, however please be aware that we are unable to supervise them during your treatment and cannot take responsibility for their safety.

If you need to bring children along, please contact us prior to your appointment to confirm. As we are a home-based studio, this policy helps us maintain a calm, safe environment and respect the privacy of our space.
